Find out more about our company and the prospects we can offer you. You are the right woman / the right man for our team? Then we should get to know each other. Lack of experience, by the way, need not be an obstacle. Many of our employees are career changers. With the right attitude, talent and willingness to learn, you too can make your way with us.
Step 2: Send your application documents
THEY TELL US ABOUT THEMSELVES.
You as a person are the focus of your application. That’s why we appreciate a few words to get to know you much more than a polished cover letter. If you already have an idea why you will enrich the Cliff team as an employee or trainee – perfect! Ideally, you should also write us briefly about the job you are interested in and when you can start. And feel free to tell us already what salary you would like to have. The perfect application also includes a resume, school and work references. Feel free to send us everything as a PDF without any complications.
Step 3: Getting to know each other & signing the contract
LET’S MAKE NAILS WITH HEADS!
When we receive your message, we will send you a confirmation. And then we invite you to get to know us – usually uncomplicated and quickly via a video call. If we are on the same wavelength, come to Rügen for the second (and final) meeting. You will get to know our hotel and your future colleagues. And when you leave again, you can already have your signed contract in your pocket.
